Terms, Privacy, and Digital Sales Policy

Digital products

The Awakening e-book, Companion Guide, Complete Digital Collection, and personalized Compass paths are digital products. No physical item is shipped unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise.

Delivery and access

Paid publications are released only after the payment processor confirms successful payment. Customers receive a secure purchase library link by email and on the order confirmation page. Secure links may expire or be replaced for safety, but legitimate purchasers can contact support to regain eligible access.

Digital sales and refunds

Digital sales are final after access is delivered. If a file cannot be accessed, the wrong product was delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or another delivery problem exists, contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Permitted use

Purchases are licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Files may be downloaded to the purchaser’s compatible devices and printed for personal use where a print-friendly edition is included. Files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for public access, or represented as another person’s work.

Privacy

We use checkout information to verify payment, deliver purchases, maintain purchase entitlements, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and understand aggregate storefront performance. We do not store raw card numbers. Stripe and PayPal process payment details under their own privacy and security practices.

Commerce analytics record limited events such as product views, checkout starts, completed purchases, format choices, and downloads. The site does not use those records to build invasive customer profiles.
